The Cosmic Cushion Meditation Cushion may be the most comfortable meditation cushion available. The built-in slop helps create and maintain a comfortable upright posture during meditation. The side extensions help to support the upper thigh and prevent numbness in the legs. The zippered cover is made of durable cotton twill fabric and is removable and washable. This Cosmic Cushion is filled with Kapok (cotton-like fiber). The fill is contained in linen fabric so the cover can be removed. The Kapok fill provides solid lift and feels soft to the touch. While there is an opening in the inner lining to relieve pressure, removing any of the Kapok fill is not recommended. The Travel Size is identical to the Lowloft size, but with shortened extensions to fit more easily in luggage. The TRAVEL SIZE Cosmic Cushion is recommended for persons shorter than 5' 6", less than 150 pounds, or with a high level of flexibility.
